2. My second complaint is regarding the use of credit cards for online transactions where needed sms to no HP. When asking my Mandiri credit card to register one number and one number gsm cdma but the numbers registered for online transactions by Bank Mandiri cdma punchline for online transactions OTP delivery can not just cdma number to gsm but why my cdma number listed?

After that I contacted Mandiri call center on January 8, 2013 to change phone numbers from cdma to gsm and information that has been processed with 3x max wait only 24 hours will be contacted by the Independent. But on this day January 21, 2013 by Desi Brother after complaints about late fees I asked about my phone no change from CDMA to GSM. But answered that it could not be processed because I have to send a fax or email a statement that must be attached photocopy of my credit card.
